About using the Yellowbook logo and link
- Use our logo on your website and link it to the yellowbook.com homepage at http://www.yellowbook.com.
- HTML code and logos will be provided when you register in the Corporate Link Program.
- Anchor text associated with the Yellowbook logo must read "Search local yellow pages at Yellowbook."
- Your webpage title, and other trademarks and logos, must appear at least as prominent as our logo. The Yellowbook logo may not be displayed in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by Yellowbook.
- The logo may not be altered in any way, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc. It may not be animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in its appearance.
Terms
"Link to Us" is an opportunity for businesses interested in enhancing their site with yellow pages information. Yellowbook does not permit the use of its creative on sites promoting pornography, drug advocacy, or defamatory statements. Other types of sites prohibited from posting Yellowbook creative include, but are not limited to, other yellow pages directory companies and sites with copyrighted materials distributed in violation of copyright. Yellowbook also reserves the right to require any site to remove the link from yellowbook.com.
Websites shall only use the Yellowbook Registered Marks without limitation of certain trademarks, trade names, service marks, graphics, logos and images that are the intellectual property of Yellowbook in a manner that does not dilute Yellowbook's right in the Registered Marks. Websites shall not use the Yellowbook Registered Marks in any way that will disparage or injure Yellowbook's reputation for providing high quality content. Additionally, websites shall not use our advertisers' trademarks and service marks in any way that will disparage or
injure these advertisers reputation. Also, websites shall not adopt, use, register, prepare and apply for or attempt to register any Yellowbook Registered Mark or confusingly similar mark or symbol. Yellowbook does not allow you to republish any listing or advertisement from our listings base. Lastly, in no event shall Yellowbook be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages (including loss of business profits, revenues, or data) arising from their website’s use of creative images.
