Executive Team

Bob Gregerson joined Yell in March 2011, and leads our Consumer Division that drives our focus on the convergence between consumer and small businesses. Since October 2011, Bob is also leading Yellowbook, Yell’s US business, as interim Chief Executive Officer. Bob is vastly experienced in the technology industry and in particular the consumer segment. Bob most recently led Cisco's Consumer Division efforts as Vice President of Americas Sales. Prior to Cisco, Bob was President of Polaroid Imaging Worldwide and President of PC Connection. Bob has additionally held senior management positions with Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation and Panasonic.

John Butler joined Yellowbook as General Counsel in 2005. John is responsible for all legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, litigation, government regulation, employment matters and risk management. John also chairs our Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee. Prior to joining Yellowbook, John spent 26 years in private practice in New York, most recently with the international law firm Torys LLP.

John is a graduate of Manhattan College and the University of Virginia, School of Law. John is based in Yellowbook's corporate headquarters in Uniondale, New York.

Leading publishing, distribution and customer services, Mark Cairns is responsible for all aspects associated with delivering high quality Yellowbook products across multiple regions. He joined Yellowbook in 2000 from Yellowbook's sister company Yell in the United Kingdom, where he was responsible for all customer facing activities as head of customer services. Prior to joining Yell nearly twenty-five years ago, Mark worked in the automotive industry, holding key positions with the Ford Motor Company and Volvo.

Based out of Yellowbook's corporate office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Mark received a BA with honors in Economics from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom, and served in the Royal Navy.

Pat Marshall joined Yellowbook as Chief New Media Officer in 2007, leading the company's growing new media endeavors, including yellowbook.com and Yellowbook's search engine advertising product, WebReach. With more than twenty-five years of marketing and new media leadership experience, including senior roles with Verizon, Frontier Corporation and The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Pat brings extensive knowledge in internet local search and new and emerging technologies to Yellowbook.

Recognized as new technologies and e-commerce expert, Pat was the first recipient of The Kelsey Group's New Technologies Leadership Award in 2002. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider University and is based out of Yellowbook's corporate office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

As Chief Sales Officer for Yellowbook, Jim McCusker leads over 6,000 sales personnel across Yellowbook's national footprint. Jim began his career in 1989 as an account representative and has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, sales training, and sales management prior to being named Chief Sales Officer in 2006.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from LaSalle University. He enjoys being involved with Woody's Circle of Care Foundation, a local non-profit organization, and is an active member of his hometown community where he coaches youth sports teams.

Jim is based out of Yellowbook's corporate office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Patti Seda joined Yellowbook in 2002 through the McLeod Publishing acquisition, where she had served since 1990 as McLeod Publishing’s Vice President of Human Resources. Patti has led employee strategy through nearly 100 mergers and acquisitions, and currently oversees all Yellowbook human resource functions including benefits, recruiting, training and development, and employee relations.

Based out of Yellowbook’s regional facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Patti is PHR certified. She is an active member in her community where she founded and leads a youth camp focused on developing future community leaders.

Gary Shaw joined Yellowbook in 1990 as Vice President of Operations, leading the company's production operations and technology. In 2003, he was promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO), with responsibility for the company's infrastructure, applications development, change management and acquisition integration teams. In 2011, he was promoted to Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) - Yell Group , with global responsibility for Yell's Information Technology and Program Management delivery organizations.

With 38 years experience, Gary is a veteran of the media industry. Prior to joining Yellowbook, he was President of Magnum Information Systems and held senior roles at Datagraphics and Megatype.

Gary has been a Board Member of the Association of Directory Publishers(ADP) since 2005, is a member of Yellowbook's Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee and leads the company’s IT globalization initiative. He is based out of Yell Group's Woodlands Office in Houston ,Texas.
