Yellow Book USA Acquires Four Yellow Pages Directories from New South Directory Company

UNIONDALE, NY (July 8, 2005) - Yellow Book USA announced today that it has acquired the Greater Delta, Oxford, Yazoo and Three Rivers yellow pages directories from New South Directory Company.

The addition of these four directories will further expand Yellow Book's presence in the state of Mississippi.  Yellow Book currently publishes successful directories throughout the state, including Golden Triangle, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Mississippi Gulf Coast, and Tupelo, to name a few.

"The acquisition of the New South directories further defines a natural extension of our product within the state of Mississippi and provides area residents and businesses with yellow pages directories rich in content and full of user-friendly features," said Joe Walsh, President and CEO of Yellow Book USA.
