Yellow Book USA Acquires Click Forward Marketing to Extend Online Product Portfolio


UNIONDALE, NY (February 8, 2006) - Yellow Book USA announced today that it has acquired the search engine marketing company Click Forward Marketing LLC, based in Coral Gables, Florida.  This acquisition brings together the technological skills of Click Forward with the nationwide sales force of Yellow Book and will allow Yellow Book to deliver low cost leads to advertisers by placing their ads efficiently across the internet.
