- According to Knowledge Networks/SRI (KN/SRI), the survey research firm hired by the yellow pages industry to conduct syndicated usage studies, Yellow Book is #1 with Delaware County consumers.
 

KN/SRI reported that Yellow Book's market share is 48.5% as compared to Idearc's at 47%.  Yellow Book edges out Idearc, plus it takes three Idearc directories (including, Chester-Southern Delaware County at 21.7%, East Delaware County at 13.1% and West Delaware County at 12.2%) to cover the area that Yellow Book's Delaware County directory covers.*   And, when you compare the cost per lead in Yellow Book versus Idearc's Delaware County directories, it's not even close--Yellow Book wins by a landslide.  Stacked side by side, the difference is amazing.  The chart below tells the story:

Yellow Book's philosophy has always been to put the end user first.   To do that, Yellow Book publishes a resource that is full of buying information and helpful features.  The buying information includes the businesses in Delaware County who take advantage of Yellow Book's low advertising rates and low-cost leads.
